Fostering Chaos Engineering Culture

About the Session

In a digital world, users seek convenience when interacting with a business. Hence, it is imperative for businesses to make digital applications available round the clock. While salient architectural practices address resiliency concerns, there should be an engineering practice to validate the resiliency of applications at regular intervals. Chaos engineering principles address this concern but how do we really make it part of build pipeline and validate it automatically? This session explains how do we build an in-house chaos engineering tool and integrate the chaos experiments with the CI/CD pipeline in an agentless manner.

This session is of relevance to basic and intermediate software developers and architects. By attending this session, you will gain an understanding of:

  • How to build a chaos engineering tool to perform chaos experiments
  • How to build a chaos engine that could work without an agent being installed on the nodes taking part in the experiment
