These terms govern your attendance at and participation at any of Saltmarch Media (India) Private Ltd.'s (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer") events, including but not limited to in-person, Virtual, Live events and On-demand videos (hereinafter referred to as "Event"). By completing the registration for an Event, you are warranting that you are aware of these terms and that you have accepted these terms. Tickets are subject to availability and may close earlier than the posted deadline, as determined at the Organiser's sole discretion.

By registering for an Event, you are agreeing to release the Organizer from any and all liability associated with the Event.

By registering, attending or viewing a Event, registrants and attendees agree not to rebroadcast, re-transmit, record or share any of the content of the Event without express written permission from the Organizer. Registrants and attendees also agree not to engage in solicitation of other attendees. This can include approaching attendees with a sales pitch, distributing marketing materials or business cards, or engaging in any other activity aimed at soliciting business or employment opportunities. It can also include attempting to recruit or poach attendees for job openings without being authorized to do so. Organizer reserves the right to reject and refuse any registrations and attendance at an Event you have registered for at any time and at its sole discretion.

If there are unforeseen circumstances, Organizer reserves the right to change and/or cancel one or more Event or Events at any time and its sole discretion.

For in-person events with keynote speeches and breakout sessions, seating for the breakout sessions is assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. If the venue for the keynote speech becomes too crowded, the Organizer will arrange for seating at an alternative venue and livestream the speech. Additionally, if the ticket benefits include video recordings of the talks, the Organizer will try their best to provide them to all registered attendees. However, in rare situations where the Organizer is unable to acquire the raw video footage from the video provider, these recordings may not be available.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

All Event registrations are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation. If for any reason the Organizer decides to cancel the Event, Organizer will not be responsible for covering any costs associated with airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors or agents. The agenda, speakers and panelists are subject to change at the discretion of the organizer and any such changes will be updated on the Events web pages.

By registering or attending an Event, registrants give permission for their images captured during the Event through video, livestream and/or photo to be used in promotional and commercial materials, publications, and on related websites belonging to the Organizer, and waive any and all rights including, but not limited to, compensation or ownership.

By completing the registration for an Event, you are warranting that you are aware of the Organizer's privacy policy and that you have accepted them in toto.
