Deeptha Mohan is a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management at Freshworks. She heads the TPM function for one of the largest business units within the organization. With over sixteen years of experience working across production support, shared services & platforms and software product development functions, Deeptha has led teams in various leadership capacities within delivery/program management and agile coaching roles. In her current role, she along with her team are responsible for managing large complex programs, driving program objectives and also coaching teams, team of teams and enabling them to get better with their agile practices, solving problems within their context of work and relentlessly pursue continuous improvement in their own journey to becoming high performing teams.

Deeptha specializes in transformational leadership, team and enterprise coaching and practices around Scrum and Kanban, program management, change management, facilitating workshops and creating agile learning experiences.She believes her purpose in life is to touch people’s lives and create a positive impact everyday, be it in life or at work.
