Anand Jayaraman is a Principal Engineer at Tesco Technology, where he spearheads the design and architecture of Search and Recommendations for the Online platform. He is deeply committed to leveraging technology at scale to tackle intriguing business challenges. Since 2021, Anand has devoted his efforts to revamping the Search architecture to meet the demands of a dynamic Online business environment. Prior to joining Tesco, he accumulated over two decades of experience working with renowned companies including Intuit, Blackhawk Network, Fidelity Investments, and Fair Isaac, among others, primarily within the realms of Fintech and ecommerce, dealing with large-scale operations. Anand's expertise lies in Cloud technologies, K8S, Java, and microservice architecture. He takes pleasure in mentoring and coaching engineers to unlock their full potential.
