Using Telemetry in Cloud Native Applications

About the Session

Transaction Banking from Goldman Sachs is a high volume, latency sensitive digital banking platform offering. We have chosen an event driven architecture to build highly decoupled and independent microservices in a cloud native manner and are designed to meet the objectives of Security, Availability Latency and Scalability.
Observability is a fundamental aspect of the framework and well-architected telemetry of our infrastructure and applications provides us the required insights into our business performance against the agreed SLAs with our customers. In this session, we will share how telemetry data points at various levels - infrastructure, platform service and application are combined to provide insights into a particular transaction or business flow.
