Here's a story about how we overcame those problems, launching a JAMstack-driven multisite ahead of the unmovable deadline, all built in a matter of days. There'll be technical deep-dives, lessons learned, and tips that'll help bring your teams together.
Taking learnings from the SofaConf 2020 conference website build, and years of JAMstack experience, I'll run through some of the lessons learned that'll help your teams thrive. There'll also be technical deep-dives into bringing CraftCMS, Slack and Eleventy together to create a multi-site & environment JAMstack system.
