Progressive Microservices with NodeJS

About the Session

It is needless to emphasize the importance of Microservices in today's web and cloud systems. However, to bring up an entire infrastructure, it often requires a reasonable amount of time and resources. Many features such as network protocols, service discovery, load balancing, deployment etc., requires knowledge of various technologies and thereby increasing the overall cost (time and resource).

How about achieving the features mentioned above with the knowledge of NodeJS and only NodeJS! Being an event-driven framework at its core, NodeJS is a good fit for all of it.

In this session, we are going to walk through the implementation of microservices and associated infrastructure using NodeJS and Moleculer framework. You will:

  • Walk away with in-depth knowledge of end to end microservices
  • Live coding and deployment
  • Pro tips
