With Walmart’s new GenAI experience, a customer can simply type their need in natural language—“Help me plan a football watch party”—and our search will draw up all the relevant products in no time! Leveraging data, technology and Large Language Models (LLMs), this feature is taking the guessing game out of ‘searching’ and giving precious time back to our customers.
