About the Session

Successful people and businesses constantly reinvent themselves to not just survive but thrive in the ecosystem that is constantly changing. One of the key foundations of reinvention is building an open, curious and innovative culture. In her career of over two decades, Gayathri has had a fair share of being a change agent within organizations both small and big that successfully adapted to thrive amidst volatile environments. In this talk, Gayathri will share Intuit's tried and tested principles and practices for building customer backed innovation culture within organizations (small or large). Known as Customer Driven Innovation (CDI) and Design for Delight (D4D), these innovation principles have been foundational to Intuit's successful adaption through various technology changes over three decades. This is an interesting journey and the insights will benefit attendees across all engineering functions.
