Senior Director – Technology, Target in India
Vinay is Senior Director of Technology at Target in India, the fully integrated global capability center and strategic partner for Target Corporation. Target serves guests at nearly 2,000 stores, and on Target.com in the U.S. In his role, Vinay leads merchandising and supply chain data products. He also leads a large-scale data platform migration project to build a simplified data ecosystem that is trusted, powerful and easy to use, enabling effective decision making.
Vinay has over 22 years of experience in technology and a deep understanding of data architecture. He excels at building and implementing data solutions that drive business value and developing talent for cross-functional collaboration.
He joined Target in 2010 and has held several leadership positions in data engineering. Prior to Target, he has worked in various strategic and delivery roles in the fields of telecom and embedded systems.
Vinay has a bachelor’s degree in electronics from Nagpur University.
