He is the Global VP HR Tech at IKEA and was previously the IT Director at Unilever. Varun has extensive experience in product management, service delivery, and experience design. He is also skilled in chatbot, enterprise knowledge, and gamification, and has a PMP and MBA. In his current role at IKEA, Varun is accountable for the entire portfolio of technology solutions in the People & Culture domain across the Ingka Group ecosystem, serving 150K co-workers.
