Sachindra Joshi is an IBM Distinguished Engineer leading research in data, automation, and conversational AI within the IBM Software Innovations Lab. He collaborates closely with IBM Research and various business units to develop state-of-the-art conversational technologies and drive their integration into enterprise products. With a strong research background, Sachindra has authored over 70 papers in leading journals and conferences and holds more than 60 patents. Prior to joining IBM Research, he earned his Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay in 2000.
