With over 320 million Airtel customers relying on his technology department for their data and voice needs and top enterprises relying on the company for their connectivity requirements, Randeep's leadership and expertise are integral to the success of the company.
With a background in telecom, Randeep brings extensive experience in Network Planning and Architecture to his role at Bharti Airtel. He has a proven track record of driving customer-centricity and digitization-led efficiency and business transformation, demonstrated through his success at Hutchison in Indonesia.
Randeep holds a degree in Electronics Engineering, which he received in 1991, and previously served as a Flight Lieutenant (Technical Officer) in the Indian Air Force for five years.
