Rajib has over two decades of experience in the IT industry in different technology leadership roles, and is currently heading the Enterprise Data Department across three geographical locations for IG Group. Rajib is passionate about continuously improving the technology landscape of his organization with a pragmatic approach of balancing the needs of ever-growing business demands and complexities, quickly changing landscape of technology and the aspirations of some brilliant technical minds.
Rajib also spends a lot of time engaging with different people across the organization, as he believes if his philosophy of “Let’s try and do things better” is embraced by everyone, then an organization can automatically be in a path to continuous improvement.
