Pooja joined ThoughtWorks as a Graduate Consultant Developer about 11 years ago and since then she has led multiple co-sourced and distributed engagements in domains like retail, IoT, and healthcare for enterprises and scale-ups. Her core interest and area of expertise lie in architecting scalable platforms and helping clients in their legacy transformation journeys. Pooja currently plays the role of the Market Technology Partner for ThoughtWorks' Australian market where she drives demand and delivery conversations from a tech perspective. Pooja is also the Software dev community of practice lead for Thoughtworks India driving collaboration between the communities across different geographies and building learning paths for the community.
Pooja enjoys presenting her experience and case studies from architecting solutions across projects in conferences and has spoken in forums such as Thoughtworks’ XConf, GIDS and APIDays mostly on topics around microservices and IoT.
