Likitha Nanda is director of talent acquisition at Bengaluru-based Target in India, an extension of U.S. retailer Target’s headquarters operations. In this role, Likitha leads a team of talent advisors responsible for creating and implementing effective hiring strategies for diverse portfolios within TII.
Her core responsibilities include developing diverse & inclusive hiring and talent engagement strategies, proactively identifying future talent needs, evaluating the effectiveness of recruiting practices and maintaining a pulse on trends and technologies in recruiting the best talent. She also acts and encourages the team to be brand ambassadors in the employer marketplace. Likitha has over 15 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition space.
Likitha has a bachelor of arts degree in Psychology, Literature & Journalism from Mount Carmel College. In her free time, she loves collecting and reading about art & artefacts. She also enjoys watching shows on travel & lifestyle, interior design, ancient history and fantasy drama.
