At Business Finland, Joonas leads the Talent attraction projects for FinlandWorks and develops the operations together with key stakeholders. Attracting skilled talent to Finland is crucial for competitiveness of the country while at the same time it is key to maintaining the Nordic welfare model. In his current role, Joonas enjoys the practical actions that his team is developing for supporting recruiting services for Finnish companies who are looking for talent abroad. His background is in tourism and building a country brand for both Finland and Sweden.
