Anush Arvind handles devops & SRE for Freshservice, the ITSM product in the Freshworks suite. He has worked with Freshservice from its initial stages, contributing to its expansion across four data centres globally, scaling and maintaining the performance and availability all along its growth. He likes finding problems, designing solutions and then automating them. On a typical day at freshworks, you can find him doing a POC on a new solution or helping his team implement the solution.
