Vini Dixit is a Lead Data Scientist at Freshworks where she works primarily on building ML driven Virtual Agent to support one of the company’s core products: Freshservice. Virtual Agent is an AI app that facilitates Freshservice users to interact with the platform and get responded to by the bot in an intelligent manner. She has an industrial experience of over 8 years in ML/AI space and specializes in Computer Science Engineering with a major in Data Science from IIIT Hyderabad. She is passionate about NLP/NLU and solving applied industrial problems by integrating AI solutions into the products. According to her, data is an ultimate gold mine to dig deeper and solve complex problems unsolvable by humans in a reasonable amount of time.
