Sudharsan leads the Data Community (consisting of Engineering, Analytics and Science) at Publicis Sapient India. Over the past two decades, he has worked in Captives, Product companies and a stint as an entrepreneur.
Sudharsan has an extensive experience of 24 years in various roles spanning technology and management in automotive, general technology consultancy, and financial services. He is a technocrat with strong leadership skills and diverse experience helping small (<100>100K) organizations while leading a team of 200+ people. He has helped organizations take their technology strategies to the next level by identifying technology trends and effectively using them to solve business challenges.
Prior to rejoining Publicis Sapient, Sudharsan was the Director, Cloud Platform, at BNY Mellon for over two years. Previously, he has worked with Bank of America (BA Continuum –India), RiskSpan, Nisus Inc., and Tata Consultancy Services. Sudharsan has completed a Global Leadership Development Program from India Business School and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences.
