Charles is the Director of Product Management for Zoho’s developer suite of products, where he leads strategy and execution across tools that empower builders. He works closely with engineering, marketing, and partner teams to shape product direction, drive adoption, and enable advanced customization capabilities for customers and developers alike. With a strong focus on automation and extensibility, Charles is passionate about creating platforms that scale with business complexity. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring emerging tech trends and mentoring aspiring product leaders.
