Arun Kalyanaraman is a senior director of technology at Bengaluru-based Target in India, an extension of the U.S. retailer Target’s headquarters operations. In this role, Arun leads a global team that is working on developing applications in the Merchandising and Supply Chain domains.

Arun has over 22 years of experience in multiple domains and geographies across Product and Engineering. He is passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams who create simple solutions for complex business problems. He lives by the credo that you should bring your skill, and not your title, to work every day.

Arun has a master’s degree in management from Mumbai University. In his free time, he enjoys watching documentaries and reading non-fiction.
